ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:

Routine maintenance is the most important preventative measure that can be implemented to extend the life of your furniture. Maintenance is appropriate for furniture that is exposed to sunlight, and areas that see high traffic use-- for example: hotel furniture, conference chairs, office furniture, and family home furniture. After speaking with you about your furniture concerns, we will recommend the type and frequency of maintenance. We offer maintenance packages ranging from monthly to annually.

The following are some of the methods that can be used to maintain our clients’ leather/vinyl furniture:

· Cleaning

· Conditioning

· Buffing

· Leather and vinyl repairs

Conditioning extends the life of the leather furniture. Applying leather conditioner to leather is like applying moisturizer to skin. Skin dries out without moisturizer and the same happens to leather without conditioner. Conditioner is essential for increasing the longevity of leather furniture.

LEATHER RESTORATION:

Leather Restoration/refinishing- leather furniture can easily look brand new after being refinished. When the leather furniture is well used but not damaged refinishing it is usually the best option for bringing your furniture back to life. Refinishing involves sanding, cleaning, several coats of water based paint, and top coat.
